TABLE OF CHARGES
1. The rate of charges for those who introduce agricultural products for trade in the trade area on the Zjazdowa Market on the basis of §5 of The Regulations of Zjazdowa Market:

2. The rate of charges for those who introduce agricultural products for trade in the trade stands destined for regional fruits and vegetables:

3. The rate of charges for korzystający on the basis of §7 of The Regulations of Zjazdowa Market.

/abonament is form of payment of entrance and parking charge for owners of Customer Card that was given to according to the Regulation of Zjazdowa Market/
b) one-time entry till 14 00 on Sundays and parking for 4 hours. – without charges. Stay in on the Zjazdowa Marketplace over 4 hours - charges as given in section 3 a).
4. Charges for booked trade stands (in accordance with §4 of The Regulations of Zjazdowa Market) as specified §6 of The Regulations of Zjazdowa Market
a) The base amount for designed trade stand in „Z” sector of the Trade Area is 140,-
b) The base amount for designed trade stand in „Z1” sector of the Trade Area is 350,-
c) The base amount for designed trade stand in „Z2” sector of the Trade Area is settled individually.
5. The charges for those concluding contracts for marked trade stand are set individually.
6. Statutory charges::
a) for lack of payment for authorization of usage of the Trade Area: - 300,-
and charges from section §5.1.b), c) of The Regulations of Zjazdowa Market
b) for not complying the section §5.1.a) - 200,-
c) for not complying the section §5.8 - 100,-
d) parking in the area of Ł.R.H. ZJAZDOWA S.A. on the contrary of settlements of the Regulations of the Zjazdowa Market - from 50,- till 300,- depending on scale of the offense
e) for not complying other settlements of the Regulations of the Zjazdowa Market that were not mentioned above, from 50,- till 200,- depending on scale of the offense
The payment of charges and its documentations is done in accordance with §7 of The Regulations of Zjazdowa Market.
7. The issue of duplicate card customer or exchange for another customer card in the cases specified in the Regulations of the Zjazdowa Market – 10,-
8. Delivery of goods to tenants of trade stands – according to §7 of the Regulations of the Zjazdowa Market - one-time pass for 2 hours (conditionally for 5 hours).
9. Sales representatives are subject to charges specified in section 3a.
10. The Board of Ł.R.H. „ZJAZDOWA” S.A. wyznacza pracowników Ł.R.H. „Zjazdowa” S.A. do wykonywania postanowień niniejszej uchwały i przyznaje Dyrektorowi Rynku Hurtowego uprawnienie do stosowania „Promocji Cenowych” na zasadach określonych w §18 Regulaminu Rynku Hurtowego.
11. The charges are denominated in PLN including Value Added Tax (gross amount).
12. The charges not included in this annexe, resulting from others, not mentioned in detail, ways to share the area of Zjazdowa Market are set by Zjazdowa Market Director.
